TODD A. FLUBACHER is a Partner at the law firm Morris, Nichols, Arsht & Tunnel in Wilmington, Delaware. Mr. Flubacher works with national and local clients on the creation, migration, modification and administration of Delaware trusts. He represents Delaware trustees, beneficiaries, law firms and individuals throughout the country on all matters involving Delaware trusts and estates. His practice emphasizes the unique advantages of Delaware trust law, including directed trusts, dynasty trusts, tax planning, asset protection trusts, and all aspects of trust validity, construction and administration. Mr. Flubacher earned a B.S. from Drexel University, with a concentration in finance and a J.D. from University of Maryland School of Law.
MERYL G. FINKELSTEIN is a Partner at the law firm Brick & Patel LLP. She focuses her practice on trusts and estate matters, with an emphasis on estate planning for individuals and their families. Her broad-based practice extends not only advising U.S. citizens, but also includes advising resident and non-resident aliens. Ms. Finkelstein also has extensive experience in the administration of estates and trusts of all sizes and level of complexity, the preparation and settlement of fiduciary accountings, and the modification and termination of trusts. Mr. Finkelstein earned a B.A. from State University of New York at Binghamton and a J.D. from Fordham University School of Law.
